Our programs
use a progressive contemporary approach that teaches students the proper
skills needed for a lifetime of musical experiences. Throughout
our programs, students learn in a fun, creative interactive environment
while learning the fundamentals of the language of music.
Beginners
Group Guitar - Ages 7 to 12
This is
a great starting block for young aspiring guitarists. The three
book program is graded for the young beginner. Its melodic approach uses
large notes and text that makes note identification easy. Through humor,
functional lyrics and basic written assignments, we reinforce playing
and learning.
Semi-Private
Guitar Instruction - All Ages
A
continuation of the “Beginners Group Guitar,” this second phase
starts by reinforcing and fine tuning the fundamentals found in the
first three books. The student’s musicianship continues to expand as
they are introduces to new rhythmic figures, keys signatures, chords
structures and strumming patterns. These classes are also interjected
with hit songs from yesterday and today giving students a view of where
their musical growth can bring them.
Private Guitar Instruction
- All ages
Lessons
offer a more
intense focus on the workings of music through guitar. These
instructions are for students who are intent on making music a part of
their daily routine. No matter what age or level, private instruction will help
developing and cultivate individual talents and bring them to the forefront.
